David has worked over many years at the highest level in government departments, police and security forces in the UK and around the world. He has also advised NGOs, corporates and governments in security risk management and crisis management around the world. He lectures regularly on leadership and crisis management. He currently splits his time between the UK and the Middle East.

Piers is responsible for the day to day management of Ultra Dascam and our successful delivery of operations across the Middle East. He has extensive experience of managing large and complex projects worldwide, including in the Balkans, Africa, the Far East and the Middle East. He is based in Dascam's Abu Dhabi office.

Julian worked in executive search for some years. He joined Blue Sky in November 2002 to help establish Incert Recruitment, the group's specialised placement solutions operation. He is now responsible for all Finance, Commercial, HR and Administrative functions across the Group. He is also a Director of Incert Recruitment Ltd. He is based in Dascam's Abu Dhabi office.

Tom joined Dascam in 2005 as a leadership development consultant. He has since contributed to the growth and delivery of all of the Business Areas and has enduring bonds with many of our key accounts and customers. With over fifteen years experience both living and working in the Middle East, Tom brings a wealth of cultural understanding and expertise to our business development.

John has a long and distinguished background in the design and management of training systems. Until January 2008 he headed up Dascam's Performance Consultancy practice specialising in the delivery of the Dascam Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) from our specialist training institute in Abu Dhabi. He is now responsible for the successful delivery and quality assurance of all Dascam's operations across the Middle East.

Shahid joined Ultra Dascam in June 2009, having worked in Dubai and UK in large, multi-national businesses. He has worked with project-based and joint venture companies, on a national and international scale and has led financial and commercial negotiations. His accountancy qualifications (ACMA) and experience will provided an added level of commercial strength to the Ultra Dascam board.
