Leadership Tasks and Adventure Training are successfully used in leadership development around the world. However, for it to be more than just fun, Leadership Tasks and Adventure Training need to be conducted in the context of an academically-based process of leadership development. It must also be conducted in a progressive structured programme, safely and scientifically, using properly qualified instructors. When set up in this way, Leadership Development can be internationally accredited and the participants receiving certificates that are recognised around the world.
