Our work is delivered at government-to-government (G2G) standards. For example, where necessary and with the appropriate authority we use serving government employees to enhance the consultancy provided to our customers.
Our philosophy is simple. We see consultancy as a process of 'soft technology transfer'. We can advise our customers but we cannot make them take the advice. Our job is only complete, therefore, when our customer is fully equipped with the facts and methodologies and is therefore able to make his own decision. Sometimes this requires us to extensively re-design the model so that it fits the customer's needs perfectly. Often it requires us to develop the internal consultancy skills of our customer's own staff.
Based in the Middle East , we are firmly embedded into the culture of the Arab World. We are proud to have local staff working side by side with our staff from other nations to bring the best of global training standards to our customers. We have a high proportion of multi-lingual staff and all of our consultancy is delivered in English and in Arabic.
